Super quick crab pasta

Here's an easy and quick crab pasta that can be prepared in our lovely Royal Pearl casserole pan. The perfect choice for a busy day meal!

Recipe


2 tbsp oil
1/2 onion
1 garlic clove
150 g arrabiata sauce
450 g fettuccine pasta
300 g crab meat
150 g Parmesan cheese
100 g spinach
350 g cashew cream
2 dl water
Fresh basil
Salt
Pepper

Start by heating the pan on the stove. Always remember to add oil to a cold pan, as the oil will indicate when the pan is hot. Add chopped onion, garlic, and spinach. Stir and ensure that the pan does not overheat (medium heat is the maximum for all non-stick pans). When the spinach has wilted, add the arrabiata sauce, cream, Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper. Let everything simmer for about 10 minutes. Then add the basil, crab meat, and cooked pasta. Mix everything together and serve topped with grated Parmesan cheese.
