Apricot dessert

In summer, it's always lovely to cook new things, and enjoy the warm air. So recipes should be super easy and quick!

We had a larger amount of apricots at home, I looked at them for a while thinking about what to make with them until this came to mind!

Preheat oven to 180°C. Cut the apricots in half and remove the stones. Place on a baking tray and sprinkle with raw sugar. Bake in the middle of the oven for about 20 min. Serve with vanilla ice cream and mint leaves.
