We offer pans that enable safe and healthy cooking for the whole family without harmful chemicals. A non-stick pan is perfect for easy and hassle-free everyday cooking, such as making eggs, fish, and pancakes. The non-stick coating makes both cooking and cleaning enjoyable. Our range of stainless steel pans is also completely PFAS-free and plastic-free. Stainless steel and carbon steel pans are excellent for high-heat cooking and are especially great for preparing chicken, meat, or other foods that require higher temperatures and proper searing. These pans are also perfect for stir-frying vegetables, as they can withstand high heat and deliver the best possible searing results.

For all our pans, regardless of the coatings or materials, we recommend allowing the food to cook undisturbed before turning it. This will give the food a beautiful and even surface, making cooking even more enjoyable. All of our pans are also oven-safe, adding versatility for a wide variety of dishes. Be sure to check the product specifications for the recommended maximum temperature to use your pan safely and optimally.

Coated pan step-by-step use guide

A PFAS-free coating is more sensitive to over-heating. Do not heat empty or use the maximum temperatures of the stove.

  • Never heat a coated pan empty. Add oil or butter on a cold pan.
  • Do not use the maximum temperatures of the stove. The max temperatures are only for boiling water. Remember this especially when using an induction stove.
  • Always use wooden/plastic/silicone utensils with coated cookware.
  • Let the pan cool down before washing. Wash both the inside and outside of the pan with washing detergent and a dishbrush or sponge after each use. You can soak the pan in warm water with soap before hand washing. Make sure the stove is also clean.
  • Hand washing makes the cookware last longer.
  • Do not store food in a coated dish. Food acids can damage the coating.

Psst! Overheating will damage the pan. Do not leave the pan unattanded on a stove. Do not use the maximum temperatures of the stove.

Ready marinated foods contain a lot of sugar which burn easily on the surface as sugar heats up extremely fast. Use mild temperatures with foods that contain sugar.

Steel pan step-by-step use guide

  • Heat the pan on the stoves medium heat for about 30-90 seconds. The pores will close and create a non-stick like surface.
  • Add a generous amount of cooking grease like butter or oil.
  • Use medium heat, the stoves high temperatures are only for boiling water. Remember this especially when using an induction stove.
  • Add the room temperature ingredient on the pan. Let fry in peace and turn once the other side is fully cooked.
  • Let the pan cool down before washing. Wash both the inside and outside of the pan with washing detergent and a dishbrush or sponge after each use. You can soak the pan in warm water with soap before hand washing.
  • Hand washing extends the product's lifespan, as it allows you to clean the surface properly, preventing old residue from sticking to the surface during the next cooking session.

Black carbon steel step-by-step use guide

  • Place the pan on a stove and heat up. You can check the heat with a few drops of water; if the drops ”dance” on the surface the pan is ready.
  • Add a generous amount of cooking grease like butter or oil.
  • PSST! The pan heats up extremely quickly compared to other pans, especially on an induction stove.
  • Let the food fry in peace and allow the food to form a crisp surface before turning it. This way it won’t stick to the pan and will cook properly. In case you want to keep cooking the food, turn down the heat once the desired crispness is achieved on both sides. This way the food will cook from the inside in peace until done (i.e., meat or chicken).
  • Let the pan cool down before washing.
  • Wash the pan with warm water and a dishbrush/sponge after each use. DO NOT USE washing detergent or wash in a dishwasher. DO NOT SOAK.
  • Dry the pan carefully after washing.

The look of the pan will change in use. This is normal and the patina will improve the frying result over time with each use creating natural nonstick qualities on the pan. Seasoning is not required compared to other carbon steel pans.
